Hello Guys,
today i am to talk about how to pass your time in these Lockdown conditions
the things which i am going to tell you will make you feel
good and not bored of the day ....
so let's start with a few
1.> Working On Yourself -
Now in these Lockdown days everybody needs to take care of themselves
in terms of their physical and mental fitness by physical fitness i mean
taking care of your skin and overall body fitness.
you can do various types of yogas and asanas to insure your immunity and body
flexibility and fitness.
Now i know many of you are missing their old jogging and outdoor running and
all that physical activities.
but as per the demand of the situation you can make some of your outdoor routines
inside your house.
Like running on a mat at an constant speed at the same area for some time may
warm up your body and you may feel a bit of sweaty.
doing pushups and crunches and try to make an aroma around you like you do
while going to the gym or other health practice and body fitness areas you visit.
(all the people undergoing with any kind of medical situation should seek their doctor's Advice)
Now coming to the point of Mental health .
you can maintain your mental health by involving yourself into various activities that
might interest you some of the activities are
listening to music -> music is the best way to relax one's mind it blows away all the tension
and negative energies .
Artistic activities -> performing any kind of art like sketching something on your notebook or coloring may relax you as there are some art therapy which suggest to perform such kind of activities to calm down yourself and get relaxed .some activities also include calligraphy,
painting and crafting.
2.> Working On Your Household ->
Now it is the best time you can focus on making your house cleaner and more recognisable
by setting up your house in a systematic way the way that you wanted it to be but because of
lack of time you weren't able to do so .
the whole process of cleaning your house and managing your house according to you is the best
part and it relaxes your mind and body .
and when you get tired of doing all the stuff then you can just take your body for rest for sometime.
3.> Reading Books -> Reading books is a good habit and it enhances one's many skill .
Reading your favourite books at this time would make you feel good and will also enhance your
knowledge.
4.> Watching your favourite movies -> There are many movies that you haven't watched due to the shortage of time , but now you can make a list of your favourite movies and watch them.
the are various categories of movies you can watch like-
. Comedy
. Romantic/Drama
. Survival And Adventure
. Fictional
. science
And Many more.....
